Apologies

Hi everyone, welcome to Mr Yew's blog.

As I have mentioned on my previous post, I am going to talk about 'Apologies' today.

The word 'Sorry' have been misused by many, "Sorry' is now nothing but a tool for many to get out of trouble. You should only apologize when you mean it, and when you mean it, you should know that you are in the wrong, and when you accept that you are in the wrong, you should change for the better.

If you are the person who is apologizing, please do not expect others to forgive you. The person whom you are apologizing to holds the rights to forgive you, he could choose not to.

If you are the person who is getting the apology, please do consider to forgive the person who apologized. I have been through lots of such situation and it was never easy to say 'I am Sorry'.

Lastly, before I end my post, I would like to tell you that the only reason why the word 'Sorry' was created is so that Peace and Harmony could be achieved between both parties.

Theories of Right and Wrong

Hi everyone, welcome to Mr Yew's blog.

I shall talk more about what I think about Right and Wrong with this first post.

After spending these few years on earth, I have come up with a few theories to explain and differentiate what's Right and what's Wrong.

Firstly, person A who believe that he or she is Right, is Right compared to person B who person A believes that is Wrong. This is also the same for Person B.

When you believe that you are Right, remember that someone else would also think that they are Right.

Secondly, group A is Right if there are more people in group A compared to group B. In this case, we can say that the Majority wins.

Thirdly, person A is Right is he or she holds more authority and power compared to person B. People who possess power always thinks that they are Right. People who possess power but does not always thinks that they are Right are people who would not get involve in a argument between who is Right and who is Wrong in the first place.

Fourthly, person A who possess evidence/ proof that he or she is Right, is Right if the evidence/ proof is acknowledged by people who possess power and authority. For example, in the court, the evidence is of no use if the judge does not acknowledged it.

Fifthly, all four theories above supports one another.
